I thought it would be useful to publish a list of time-saving shortcuts that I use to zoom around apps on my Mac. I use these shortcuts on a daily basis and they have saved me gobs of time!
- Command + Z = Undo last action, such as undo paste, or undo delete
- Command + A = Selects ALL content on the page
- Command + X = Cuts content and copies to clipboard
- Command + C = Copies content to clipboard
- Command + V = Pastes content from clipboard
- Command + B = Bolds highlighted text
- Command + U = Underlines highlighted text
- Command + I = Italicizes highlighted text
- Command + T = Opens new tab in web-browser
- Command + N = Opens new window in web browser
- Command + F = Opens search tool so you can search for and find certain words on the page
- Command + P = Prints the page
- Command + S = Saves the document

- Shift + Command + 3 = Screen shot of screen
- Shift + Command + 4 = Screen shot of selected area of screen
- Shift + Command + 4, then spacebar = Screen shot of selected window
